Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare quotations and compile tender documents. The ideal candidate will have at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in construction. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, updating them on tender progress, and performing general administrative duties. Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for piling works in a timely manner.
• Prepare and compile tender documents for submission.
• Respond promptly to general email enquiries relating to quotations.
• Communicate with clients via phone to gather necessary information and provide updates on main contractor tender progress.
• Perform general administrative duties, including preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in construction.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and perform well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
