Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity take-off, cost estimation, and contract administration. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying and at least 3 years of experience in related fields. Responsibilities

• Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation for quotation/tender and ongoing projects.
• Liaise with suppliers/Sub-contractors for competitive quotations.
• Submission of monthly progress claims & variation orders.
• Evaluate sub-contractors’ progress claims & variation orders.
• Final account settlement with sub-contractors and clients.
• Administer contract documents.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
