Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, cost planning control, and budget estimation.
• Prepare, review and revise contract terms and conditions.
• Prepare, negotiate and analyze costs for tenders and contracts.
• Prepare progress claims, variation claims and final accounts.
• Liaise with main contractors, sub‑contractors, suppliers and other parties involved in the project.
• Prepare awards of contracts, bills of quantities and other contract‑related documents.
• Take-off quantity and project cost estimation.
• Update the monthly cost along with the project team.
• All other related QS job duties.
