We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong legal and contract management experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing construction contracts from both a commercial and legal perspective, including cost control, claims, disputes, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts, including subcontractor agreements.
  • Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and tender analysis.
  • Monitor project costs and progress, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
  • Handle claims, variations, and contract disputes.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual matters.
  • Support the project team in ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Ensure projects comply with contract law, building regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and legal risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, legal advisors, and subcontractors on contractual and legal matters.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
