Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and verify aircraft engine parts for conformity to airworthiness criteria and technical specifications.
  • Utilize appropriate tools, equipment, and methods to conduct thorough inspections of engine components, modules, and accessories.
  • Implement inspection techniques, analyze data, and apply lifecycle principles and risk-based approaches to support the inspection process.
  • Carry out detailed visual and dimensional checks, identifying issues and recommending necessary repairs.
  • Perform in-process evaluations to ensure components maintain proper condition and precise measurements.
  • Communicate any discrepancies and document all inspection procedures and outcomes.
  • Conduct final checks on engine parts to confirm repairs and modifications meet all required standards and technical guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering or Aerospace certification required.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in inspecting aero engine components.
  • Expertise in spotting and interpreting defects that could impact safety or quality.
