Job description

Overview

This position reports to the Quality Manager and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process quality across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Support internal audits for IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA 6.3. Participate in gap analysis and corrective action tracking.
• Help update and manage controlled documents such as FSM plans, Engineering Change Notifications, and Equipment Buy-off reports.
• Contribute to aligning QMS systems across global sites by reviewing bilingual documents and corporate guidelines.
• Maintain databases related to Cpk, MSA, and supplier quality certificates for APQP and PPAP preparation.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Basic understanding of quality tools such as FMEA, OCAP, SPC, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Exposure to ISO and IATF standards and audit protocols.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
• Familiarity with document control systems and quality management platforms.
• Adaptability in dynamic production environments.
