Job summary

A food manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Assistant to oversee hygiene control and ensure quality checks on products. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Food Science and should preferably have one year of related experience, though training is available for those less experienced. This permanent role offers a structured working schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, alongside a competitive salary package.

• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Plant hygiene control & factory checking.
• To perform QC check such as microbial check, sensory, & visual checks on raw materials and all finished products produced by the seasoning manufacturing line.
• To do in-house verification/ calibration on the equipment.
• To maintain QC laboratories.
• Any other work as shall be assigned by the Company from time to time.
