Job summary

A leading food manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Quality Control Executive (QC) to conduct cleanliness inspections, perform quality checks, and maintain documentation in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. You will coordinate inspections, report findings, and train new staff. This full-time position offers a salary up to $3500 plus AWS and bonuses, working Monday to Friday in North - Woodlands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Experience in conducting quality checks on food products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cleanliness inspections of factory equipment.
• Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Report quality concerns to supervisors.
• Coordinate inspection and sampling schedules.
• Review certificates to ensure standards are met.
• Provide training to new staff.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Maintain documentation and records.
• Conduct equipment calibration.
• Manage inventory and maintain laboratory cleanliness.
• Prepare Certificates of Analysis for materials.
