Job summary

A leading quality assurance company in Singapore is seeking a Junior Executive to handle product inspections, packaging line audits, and ensure compliance with company standards in the Food & Beverage industry. Candidates should have a diploma and relevant experience is preferred. The role may involve administrative duties and knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the Food & Beverage industry is an advantage.
• Comfortable to handle administrative work.
• Understanding of HACCP / ISO22000 or Food Safety Audits.

Responsibilities

• Perform product inspection and audits of quality assurance in various environments.
• Conduct packaging line and manufacturing inspections.
• Sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform product inspection and/or audits of quality assurance in the production line, restaurants, events etc
• Perform packaging line and manufacturing inspection
• Sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials
• Ensure raw materials, in-process and finished products to meet company standards
• Minimize down-time by reducing production re-work and recalls
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
• Relevant experience in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage
• Required skill(s): Computer Skill, MS Excel, MS Word
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent
• Comfortable to handle administrative work, HACCP / ISO22000 or other Food Safety Audits
