Purpose of the role

To provide end-to-end operational, quality assurance, and administrative support to Media Research Centre projects, ensuring accurate delivery, timely reporting, effective vendor coordination, and smooth internal and external stakeholder engagement.

Scope of the role
  • Manages administration, billing, procurement, and vendor coordination across research projects
  • Oversees quality assurance processes for research deliverables, data checks, and reporting outputs
  • Supports project delivery timelines, internal workflows, and documentation standards
  • Acts as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders where required
Key responsibilities
  • Ensure all research projects are supported with accurate documentation, billing, procurement, and approvals, enabling timely completion
  • Conduct quality checks on data, reports, and operational outputs before delivery
  • Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are aligned and deliverables met
  • Maintain clear tracking of project documentation, purchase orders, and payments
  • Support process improvements, reporting accuracy, and operational consistency across projects
  • Provide training or guidance to team members on operational processes, reporting tools, or documentation where required
