Job Scope

• Maintain adherence to Quality Management Systems and all customer and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to ISO 9001 standards.

• Supervise quality control activities, ensuring effective inspection processes and leading the QC team to consistently achieve quality targets.

• Leverage data analysis to identify trends, resolve quality issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional departments as well as external stakeholders such as customers, auditors, and suppliers to support quality objectives.

• Address customer concerns promptly, driving the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.

• Deliver training programs and certify QC and production personnel to ensure understanding and compliance with established quality procedures and standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5 Years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge in ISO9001:2015, ISO14000 & ISO45001
• Knowledge in PFMEA, Statistics & Control Plan
