We’re looking for a Quality Control Engineer to ensure the highest standards of concrete quality across our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) and a passion for maintaining excellence in construction quality and process control.

Responsibility

• Implement and enforce the Concrete Quality Control Plan.
• Conduct daily site inspections and lead QC personnel.
• Review and approve material submittals, testing, and documentation.
• Manage QC documentation and testing coordination with laboratory staff.
• Identify and document non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Prepare and review quality checklists prior to each construction phase.
• Communicate QC objectives to production teams and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to align quality control with project goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for QC processes.

Requirement
