Responsibilities

• Perform First Article Inspection measurement based on the drawing.
• Perform in-process part measurements based on inspection standards.
• Ensure accurate and reliable inspection points.

Job Title: QA Technician (ID3382)
Location: Serangoon
Working Hours: Mon-Sat 3pm to 11pm
Salary: $2500-$3000

Job Description:
• Perform First Article Inspection measurement base on the drawing.
• Perform in-process part measurement base on inspection standard.
• Perform programming on measurement machine for dimensions check.
• Ensure the inspection points taken are accurate and reliable.
• Compile FA report including CPK data if required.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment and proper storage and usage in measurement room.
• Assist in preparing and buyoff of jig and fixture for measurement.
• Training of QC inspection in measurement.
• Defect identification.

Requirements:
• At least have 2 years QA Technician experience in manufacturing firm.
• Able to read drawing.
• Good team player.
• Able to work independently.
