Job description

We are seeking a competent QA/QC Inspector cum Mechanical Supervisor with hands-on experience in piping processes and mechanical supervision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance, supervising mechanical works, and witnessing Third-Party Inspections (TPI) as per project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise mechanical installation activities, particularly in piping systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Conduct QA/QC inspections on mechanical works, including welding, fabrication, and installation of piping, valves, and related equipment.
  • Review technical documents, drawings, and procedures to ensure adherence to design and quality requirements.
  • Witness Third-Party Inspections (TPI) and prepare relevant inspection reports.
  • Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Monitor progress of mechanical work and ensure timely execution according to project schedule.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve quality and technical issues.
  • Maintain inspection records, quality documentation, and compliance reports.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to site personnel as required.
