Job summary

A leading food manufacturer in Singapore seeks a quality-focused leader for their Quality Assurance team. This role involves ensuring compliance with food safety standards, leading QA staff, and conducting audits across fresh noodle and tofu production lines. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Food Science with at least 3 years of relevant experience. A WSQ Food Safety Certification Level 3 is preferred. This position offers a structured 5.5-day work week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety.
  • WSQ Food Safety Certification Level 3 preferred.
  • Experience in noodle or tofu food production is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure food safety systems are audit-ready.
  • Lead and coach junior QA staff.
  • Conduct internal audits and run food safety training.
  • Handle customer complaints and investigate root causes.
  • Monitor product integrity and conduct testing.
