Job summary

A leading firm in quality management is seeking an experienced Quality Management Specialist in Singapore. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Quality Engineering and have a proven track record in New Product Development and operational quality management. Responsibilities include ensuring quality standards with suppliers, managing customer complaints, and fostering a zero-defect quality environment. This role is pivotal to maintaining high quality and meeting customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quality Engineering or its equivalent.
• Proven track record in New Product Development (NPD) from concept to launch.
• Hands-on experience in operational quality management within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality management and quality interface with suppliers/internal departments.
• Work closely with Material Review Board team to meet quality requirements.
• Manage quality awareness environment to maintain zero defect quality and products.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve quality issues with internal departments.
• Meet established guidelines based on customer requirements and business agreements.
