Job Title : Purchaser & Admin Executive (IFM)
Job Site Area : East
Responsibilities
- Purchase Materials from Sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring oods and servces to ensure they meet quality , cots and deliver requireement.
- researching suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices, managing vendor & clients relationships, and maintaining accurate purchasing records.
- Liasion with project manager to monitor inventory, ensure compliance with policies, and contribute to cost-effective strategies
- maintaining relationship and communicating project activities to project site and attending and resolving complaints from external parties.
- Act as project document controller and perform administrative duties include filing, sorting, printing, circulation, storage of some project documents (correspondences), and handling of all incoming telephone calls.
- Provide professional administrative support on project site
- Generate emails and reports when appropriate
- provides administration support to project team and handles project public relation issues.
- Handling Project petty cash.
- Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior deem fit.
Requirements
- NITEC / GCE ‘O’ level / GCE ‘N’ level.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in providing efficient administration in construction environment.
- Skills required: computer skills, understanding words, excel and power point.
- Can work independently with initiative and able to adapt in a fast- paced environment
- Multi-tasking and is able to handle stress
