A fast-growing boutique corporate law firm in Singapore is seeking a motivated trainee. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience working directly with partners and mentorship on both technical legal practice and business development. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in investment funds, mergers & acquisitions, and blockchain advisory. This role offers a steep learning curve in a dynamic international environment.
We are looking for a trainee to join a fast-growing boutique corporate law firm with an international client base comprising mostly institutional and corporate clients.
Candidates with experience in any of the following areas of practice would be preferred (in order of importance):
You can expect to be mentored not only on the technical aspects of legal practice, but also on the business development aspects of practice. You will also work directly with the partners and so you can expect the experience to be very hands on from the get go. The learning curve will be steep, so the ideal candidate should be driven, diligent, inquisitive and willing to go the extra mile.
