Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and oversee overall project execution, including monitoring site progress.
  • Coordinate all electrical works and interface with mechanical installation activities on site.
  • Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to manage daily work activities.
  • Ensure all works comply with approved designs, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Plan and manage material deliveries and inventory for electrical cables, cable trays, and related accessories sourced locally and overseas.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly project progress reports.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide practical on-site solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of site meetings, site issues, and quality-related matters.
  • Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure timely completion of all electrical installation works in accordance with the project schedule to meet the client’s Power Turn-On (PTO) target.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering complex engineering projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings, designs, and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision‑making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, strong teamwork capabilities, and a keen interest in mechanical or process systems, including electrical works.
  • Positive, self‑motivated, independent, and able to perform effectively in a fast‑paced work environment.
