Job summary

A leading manpower services provider in Singapore is seeking a talented professional for designing safety communication materials and developing e-learning modules. Responsibilities include managing the Safety Office website and supporting safety committee meetings. Candidates should possess a degree in Communications or related fields, demonstrate strong content creation and organisational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This is a one-year contract position requiring 42 hours per week.

  • Familiar with basic design and e-learning tools.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Design safety communication materials.
  • Develop e-learning modules and quizzes for staff.
  • Create platforms to share safety success stories.
  • Manage and update Safety Office micro-website.
  • Support organisation of Safety Management Committee meetings.
  • Support organisation of Safety Steering Committee meetings.

  • Develop e‑learning modules and quizzes for Safety Champions and staff
  • Create platforms to share safety success stories and best practices
  • Manage and update Safety Office micro‑website and safety resource repository
  • Support organisation of Safety Management Committee (SMC) meetings
  • Support organisation of Safety Steering Committee (SSC) meetings
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Communications, Design, Digital Media, or related field
  • Experience in content creation, e‑learning, or internal communications
  • Familiar with basic design and e‑learning tools
  • Strong writing, coordination, and organisational skills

Duration/ Working hours: 1 year contract (Immediate)
