Job summary

A leading utilities group company in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from pre-sales to customer acceptance. You will manage project objectives, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with customer requirements. With at least 5 years of experience, strong communication, and project management skills are essential. Knowledge in sustainability or renewable energy projects is a plus. This role requires working hours from 08.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with multiple teams is an advantage.
• Experience with sustainability or renewable energy projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from pre-sales to customer acceptance.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Work with internal and external parties for project organization.
• Develop project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor and control project progress and budget.
• Coordinate requisition of products and materials.
• Formulate reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling.
• Negotiate subcontract scope changes.
• Perform quality audits for suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding future projects.
• Ensure proper filing and invoicing of completed work.
• Follow-up on customer payments and verify supplier payments.
