Job Description
- Review, document, and optimize front-to-back securities settlement processes across Equities, Fixed Income, Securities Borrowing & Lending, and Prime Brokerage.
- Identify control gaps, operational risks, and areas for automation; propose and implement process improvements.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to gather requirements, run workshops, and translate needs into BRDs, user stories, and test cases.
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including development of test plans, scripts, and results validation.
- Conduct data analysis and trace transactions across multiple systems to identify root causes of breaks or inefficiencies.
- Provide clear documentation, reporting, and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting risks, metrics, and recommended solutions.
- Ensure all initiatives meet regulatory requirements and internal control standards while safeguarding client assets.
The Successful Applicant
- University degree / post graduate degree
- Minimum 5 years in experience in Banking / Project Management or equivalent experiences
- Candidates with Big 4 audit experience are welcome.
