Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced leader for their site construction team. This role involves overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring smooth execution of work, and maintaining safety protocols. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in the residential construction industry, preferably with HDB project experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in the Residential Construction Industry.
• Preferably with HDB Project Experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work.
• Responsible for daily execution of work at site, according to schedule.
• Chair WSH committee and attend site meetings.
• Ensure all problems and customer requirements are attended.
• Review and approve plant/material requisition.
• Authorize site purchases and rental.
• Administer changes to the contract with the contracts department.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented.
• Implement control measures to mitigate unsafe work and prevent recurrence.
