Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in day-to-day project execution.
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of renovation projects.
• Work closely with site operations staff to meet project schedules.
• Ensure installation works are carried out according to construction drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress and quality of work performed by workers, ensuring compliance with workmanship standards.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and provide clear instructions to the team.
• Ensure all works comply with project requirements and scope of work.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Oversee and coach employees to achieve targets.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Check production output according to specifications.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Train new employees on safety procedures and equipment usage.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and uphold company standards.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in construction or renovation projects.
• Prior expirience in renovation works as a Supervisor will be highly advantage
• Familiarity with construction equipment, tools, and safety procedures.
• Able to commit to longer working hours, weekends, and public holidays.
