Job description

• Review the assigned project and develop a comprehensive master program and site facilities plan to ensure adherence to the contractual schedule.
• Formulate the project budget, quality plan, and manpower allocation in alignment with budgetary constraints and contractual requirements.
• Lead and guide the team in collaborating with clients and consultants to deliver work scopes that meet the required quality and workmanship standards.
• Coordinate with relevant HQ departments regarding site budget, safety management systems, and ISO documentation compliance.
• Brief staff on their specific roles and responsibilities, emphasizing project objectives and company policies.
• Collaborate with the WSHO Officer to establish a framework ensuring site compliance with statutory requirements, including Safety, ECM control, Noise control, and Vector control.
• Monitor team performance, providing guidance and arranging training programs where necessary.

Requirements

• Preferable experience in Residential Condominium, Factory, Office, and Warehouse projects.
• Preferable Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering (including construction engineering, construction technology, and materials).
