PROJECT MANAGER (Building Projects) x 2

Our client is a respected Building contractor in Singapore, who often gets awarded projects off the back of their fine reputation for delivering on previous projects. They have a healthy pipeline of projects with tenders in place for more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To oversee the entire project from planning & design stage through construction to delivery and to make sure that the project objectives are met within deadline and budget
• Need an independent team player who could be a trusted ambassador of the company
• Able to work with multi-racial local & foreign colleagues
• MUST have construction project experience in SINGAPORE
• Work closely with project team to resolve any problems or technical issues that may arise to ensure that the project is driven forward.
• Experience working on Building Projects from; Residential (Condo/HDB/Landed Housing), Commercial (Office/Mixed-Use Developments), Retail (Shopping Mall), Industrial (Lab, Factory, Warehouse) or Hospital projects.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• MUST Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineeringor Equivalent
• MUST have 10 years of experience in construction including some project experience in Singapore.
• MUST have over 6 years experience in project management
• Experienced and able to do private/government residential construction work in Singapore.
• Able to troubleshoot
• Possess good leadership, planning and management skills
• Able to communicate with people of different levels, departments and nationalities.
• Able to drive the site progress forward, calmness under pressure, and commercial awareness for the project.
