About the Job:

Lead the infrastructure migration across multiple technology platforms for our client's global banking operations. Spearhead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives spanning 19 countries while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and operational excellence in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of large-scale data center migration from planning through post-migration stabilization, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management

• Orchestrate dual vendor tracks, manage C-level presentations, and coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure architects and engineering teams

• Drive project approvals through investment committees, lead steering committees, and ensure adherence to banking regulatory frameworks and audit requirements

• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, manage escalations, and implement change governance processes to ensure successful delivery

• Report progress to senior stakeholders, manage scope changes, and optimize resource allocation and timeline delivery across the enterprise

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years project management in banking/financial services with 5+ years managing large-scale data center migrations

• Deep knowledge of virtualization, hypervisor environments, and data center infrastructure with proven migration delivery experience

• Strong understanding of banking regulatory landscape, compliance requirements, and financial services operational frameworks

• Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation abilities with experience engaging C-level executives and leading cross-functional teams
