We’re searching for a detail-obsessed go-getter who can turn chaos into calm.

You’ll be the heartbeat of our operations - juggling timelines, wrangling vendors, and making sure every launch and campaign hits the mark (and the deadline).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own project timelines end-to-end. Build, maintain, and update project plans, schedules, and workflows in Notion.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and team members to keep everyone in sync (and on schedule)
• Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and send post-meeting minutes, action items, and reminders.
• Assist in sourcing items needed for campaigns, events, pop-ups, and marketing shoots.

WHO YOU ARE

• 2+ years managing projects, ideally in e-commerce, CPG, or a fast-paced startup
• Master of organization and expert in Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, and Canva
• Clear communicator who can work async, and with all kinds of humans
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and unflappable under pressure
