About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to oversee projects across the full lifecycle — from planning and design coordination through construction execution to final handover. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

The successful candidate will act as the central coordinator among clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution and effective problem-solving throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

Develop comprehensive project plans and master schedules

Break down project tasks and track progress against milestones

Ensure timely delivery across all project stages

Budget & Cost Management

Prepare cost estimates and project budgets

Monitor expenditures and control costs to ensure profitability

Manage variations, claims, and cost forecasts

Resource Management

Allocate and manage labour resources effectively

Coordinate material procurement and equipment requirements

Ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and machinery

Stakeholder Communication

Act as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors

Provide regular progress updates and facilitate alignment among stakeholders

Manage expectations and maintain strong working relationships

Risk Management

Identify potential risks and project constraints early

Implement proactive mitigation and contingency strategies

Quality & Safety Management

Ensure all works comply with quality standards, building codes, and project specifications

Enforce strict site safety protocols and regulatory compliance

Site Supervision

Conduct regular site inspections

Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor performance

Contract Management

Manage contracts with clients and subcontractors

Administer variations, claims, and contractual obligations
