We are seeking a Strategic Project Manager to join the General Management Office of a leading financial services organization. This newly created role focuses on driving strategic initiatives, new revenue streams, and organizational growth. The PM will report directly to senior leadership and work closely with cross‑functional teams, external agencies, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with strategic objectives.
Lead and manage strategic projects, new initiatives, and business development opportunities (not existing projects)
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay updated on industry trends, particularly in securities, brokerage firms, and banks
Develop and implement project strategies to support organizational goals
Lead cross‑functional project teams, manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful completion
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with objectives
Prepare detailed project reports and communicate updates to senior leadership
Facilitate communication with relevant authorities and external partners to achieve business objectives
Support general management office functions and handle administrative tasks as needed
Foster teamwork, collaboration, and a proactive approach among project team members
Participate in special projects as required
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum 3 years experience in project management or a related strategic role, preferably in financial services
Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects
Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Self‑motivated, research‑driven, and able to explore market opportunities independently
High discretion, integrity, and professional judgment
