Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure all technical parameters and class notation/customer requirements are adhered to.
• Design and prepare project-specific technical drawings using CAD software.
• Prepare project-specific documents like FAT/HAT/SAT, FMEA, etc.
• Assist the Project Manager in managing the project from start to completion.
• Conduct site inspections for work progress and quality checks.
• Act as the company's key interface to the customer during the project.

Job description

Position: Project Engineer - RADAR/NAVIGATION/MARINE

Location: Bukit Batok

Working Hours: 5 days/ (Monday- Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm)

Salary (commensurate depending on experience): Up to $5000 + AWS + Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave + Wellness benefit: Extra 2 days Annual Leave & $200 incentives if eligible.

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Marine Navigation system - MNC

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure all technical parameters, including class notation/customer requirement are adhered to
• To design and prepare project specific technical drawings using CAD software (E3/AutoCAD)
• To prepare project specific documents eg. FAT/HAT/SAT, FMEA etc
• To assist the Project Manager in managing the project from start till completion within scope, schedule and budget.
• Inspection at site is required for work progress and quality check
  (local/overseas)
• Assigned as the company key interface to the customer during the
  duration of the project

Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of working experience in the maritime navigation /communications industry is preferred.
• Knowledge/experience in maritime radio/satellite communications/GMDSS will be an added advantage.
