About the role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Project Engineer/Manager to join the dynamic team at ASCENDZE PTE. LTD. in the Paya Lebar East Region. As a Project Engineer/Manager, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This full-time position offers the chance to contribute to the strategic objectives of the company and make a tangible impact within the organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery
2. Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets
3. Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals
4. Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing contingency plans as needed
5. Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards, regulations, and best practices
6. Continuously monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to key stakeholders
7. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions

What we're looking for

1. Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management
2. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects within set timelines and budgets
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
4. Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
5. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams
6. Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as Primavera, MS Project, or Jira
7. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
