Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee AV projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to develop accurate scopes and implementation strategies
- Design and configure AV systems—including audio, video, and control systems—tailored to client specifications
- Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors for seamless integration of AV solutions into existing infrastructure
- Track project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders; proactively address potential delays or challenges
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide post-installation technical support and client training to ensure proper use and satisfaction with AV systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on AV systems as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, AV Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in project engineering or management within the AV industry
- Strong technical knowledge in AV systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-oriented approach
- Good soldering skills for audio and video connections
