Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in all on‑site technical/engineering matters.
• Responsible for the management of assigned projects.
• Implement installation, testing and commissioning within budget.
• Attend site meetings to monitor status of projects.
• Liaise with Engineers, Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors.
• Monitor materials and delivery to site in accordance with project’s budget.
• Ensure equipment are duly accounted for and all documentations are in place.
• Manage customer feedback/complaints and take corrective action.

Job description

1. Assist Project Manager in all on‑site technical/engineering matters and authority submissions.
2. Responsible for the management of assigned projects.
3. Responsible for the implementation of installation, testing and commissioning within budget and delivery schedule commitments.
4. Attend site meetings to monitor status of projects.
5. To liaise with Engineers, Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors, etc to provide accurate feedback on the progress of works, technical compliance to specifications and variation claims.
6. Monitor of materials and delivery to site in a timely manner in accordance to site progress and within project’s budget.
7. Ensure all the equipment for each project are duly accounted for and all relevant documentations are in place.
8. Respond to and manage customer feedback/complaints and take corrective/preventive action.
9. Preferable related experience in Fire Protection.
