The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 3 years of project coordination experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus. Willingness to travel across multiple sites is required.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in coordinating and executing building and M&E projects, ensuring smooth operations, timely delivery, and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, and updates to ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate deployment of team members to maintain workflow efficiency across multiple sites.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to refine project timelines and resolve operational challenges.
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring all materials are properly filed, updated, and accessible.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, invoices, and other project-related paperwork.
  • Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with WSH regulations during maintenance and site works.
  • Support project meetings and provide updates to management and clients.
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments as required to support project success.
Requirements
