Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer to plan and execute construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in LTA projects. Responsibilities include coordinating site work, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and assisting in project claims. This role requires a responsible and committed team player with attention to detail.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects, vetting engineering design/drawings.
• Ensure projects are implemented according to specifications and schedule.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at the construction site.
• Prepare method statement, RA & SWP.
• Assist Construction Manager & Quantity Surveyor in project progress claiming work.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Plan and executes project assigned, vetting engineering design/drawings
• Ensure that projects are implemented according to technical specifications, stipulated schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work programmed and within the approved project costs
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at construction site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings
• Prepare method statement, RA & SWP
• Assist Construction Manager & Quantity Surveyor in Project Progress Claiming Work – Taking site measurements and quantity takeoff from drawings

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in LTA Project
• Responsible, mature, hands-on, meticulous and committed team player
