RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Able to coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Assist Manager to manage a team of staffs and handle all works on site.
• Responsible for coordination of Logistic & operation movement.
• Ensure all task given to team are completed according to safety regulations & procedure.
• Review and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports, requirements and documentation.
• Manage defects rectification and improvement works of completed projects.
• Able to read drawings and operate AutoCAD.
• Attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Diploma / Degree in Building / Civil Engineering / Architectural with at least 3 years related working experience(Stone & Tiling Works)
• Preferably in finishing works.
• Able to manage stress and work independently.
• Versatile in AutoCAD
