Job summary

A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee on-site installations and maintenance. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in semiconductor environments and holds a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. You will lead project planning, manage schedules, and foster effective communication within the team. This role offers a competitive salary up to $5000 with a Monday to Friday work schedule, alongside some Saturday hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or clean room environments.
• Certifications in QAQC or Safety will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations and preventative maintenance for optimal equipment performance.
• Lead and manage the new construction project planning process.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Maintain effective communication with project team and stakeholders.
• Ensure team roles and responsibilities are understood.
• Collect and evaluate data for project planning.

Position: Project Engineer
Location: Worksite at Pasir Ris / Woodlands
Salary: Up to $5000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site installations, preventative maintenance, equipment modifications, parts overhauls, and repair work to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Lead and manage new construction project planning process.
• Develop and manage initial project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with project team members and respective stakeholders to provide project updates/ reporting, address concerns and foster strong working relationships between team members.
• Ensure Roles, Responsibilities and Accountabilities are fully understood by the project team members.
• Collect, classify, evaluate data and information used in supporting new construction project planning evaluation request.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor or clean room environments.
• Any Certs in QAQC or Safety Certifications will be an advantage.
• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently.
