Job summary

- Monitor workmanship and materials to meet regulatory and project quality requirements.
- Enforce workplace health and safety regulations, conducting site inspections to ensure compliance.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and necessary documentation per ISO standards.
- Identify and address construction challenges, providing timely solutions to keep the project on track.
- Any other duties assigned by the company from time to time.
Job Requirements:
