Job Description
  • Responsible for the facilitation of projects from planning to delivery by ensuring accurate preparation and execution of all project activities in accordance with both company and statutory requirements

  • Manage scheduling and programming including labour and resources to ensure projects meet time, cost, safety and quality objectives

  • Strategically plan and execute risk identification and change management

  • Chair WSH committee and attend site meetings with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure regular reporting and effective communication of project information

  • Lead and manage all staff on-site, ensuring proper execution of project operations to meet objectives and targets

  • Establish and implement controls to ensure that safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site

  • Monitor, control and coordinate site works with the operations team as well as contractors

  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, consultants and contractors

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering / Construction Management or its equivalent

  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience

  • Able to manage teams well and meet project timelines

  • Experience with managing HDB Projects will be a bonus
