Project Admin

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project planning tasks such as arranging meetings, taking minutes, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project workflow.
  • Handle procurement-related admin tasks (PO issuance, delivery tracking, invoice verification).
  • Assist with site-related admin matters such as passes, logistics arrangements, and submission of forms.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support project operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in administration or project coordination.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Sales Support Admin

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams to ensure smooth daily functions.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments to track orders and deliveries.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, reports, and filing systems.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and follow up on sales inquiries.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O/N Level, ITE, or Diploma in Business Admin, or a related field.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
Front Desk Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate appointments, meeting room bookings, and visitor schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases as required.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
