Job description

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and facilitate active ageing programmes tailored for community
• Ensure all programmes adhere to professional care standards and fulfil objectives for participant well‑being and social engagement.
• Design and introduce new programmes and/or care services to address the evolving needs of our residence.
• Conduct regular evaluations for all ongoing programmes to collect feedback from participants and their families.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and lead the implementation of enhancements to programme quality.
• Liaise and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including families, community partners, and staff, regarding centre programmes and services.
• Supervise and support volunteers in the effective delivery of daily activities and programmes.
• Oversee the allocated budget and resources for programme activities to ensure efficient use.
• Collaborate with external organisations and community partners to co‑create and deliver joint programmes.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Social Worker
• Experience in program coordination, preferably in community settings
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri - 9am to 6pm, Sat - 9am to 1pm
