  • Reta Social Enterprise & Inclusive Academy (Coffee Academy + PwD sustainability jobs)

This role is for someone who loves being on the ground and can bring our experiences to life — from healthy food events to fitness activations to to longevity programmes to inclusive training programmes.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a fun, energetic, hands‑on Programme & Events Executive to support the ideation, planning, and execution of AMGD x The Gym Pod’s programmes and events (online and offline).

You will help run experiences that combine:

  • Longevity & wellness programmes

  • Healthy food + coffee culture

  • Fitness activations with The Gym Pod & our Hyrox Nova gyms

  • Inclusive Academy programmes & community impact events

If you enjoy multi‑hyphenated work (ops + people + planning + execution) — you’ll love it here.

Key Responsibilities
1) Programmes & Event Planning (Food • Fitness • Inclusion)
  • Support preparation of event proposals, tenders, decks, and simple presentations

  • Assist in planning and scheduling:

    • AMGD Longevity workshops / health talks / community programmes

    • Fitness activations with The Gym Pod (e.g., HYROX‑style community workouts, partner events, corporate fitness add‑ons)

    • Coffee Academy programmes & inclusive training sessions

  • Coordinate run-sheets, timelines, and programme flow across partners and teams

2) Coordination & Logistics
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, instructors, coaches, facilitators, and partners

  • Coordinate The Gym Pod fitness requirements (timings, space needs, equipment, safety briefings, participant flow)

  • Conduct site recces (restaurant, community garden, Gym Pod partner sites, corporate venues)

3) On‑Ground Execution (You’re part of the action)
  • Be part of the on‑site team to set up, run, and tear down events/programmes

  • Ensure set‑up is correct and experiences run smoothly:

    • Registration flow

    • Participant engagement

    • Event timing and transitions (talk → workout → meal → consultation)

  • Support coaches/instructors during fitness segments and coordinate crowd flow & safety

4) Operations, Inventory & Admin Support
  • Help with logistics planning, inventory checks, and equipment care
(event items + basic fitness equipment where needed)

  • Prepare basic cost sheets, schedules, checklists, and event documents

  • Handle simple admin tasks related to events and programmes

Who You Are
  • Outgoing, friendly, and enjoys interacting with people

  • Responsible, organised, and willing to learn

  • Comfortable with hands‑on and physical work (set‑up, tear‑down, outdoor events)

  • Able to stay calm, adapt fast, and solve problems on the go

  • Bonus if you’re naturally into wellness/fitness — but not required

Skills & Requirements
  • Basic proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Office / Google Docs, Sheets & Slides

    • Canva
