Job Description
  • Attend to all customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Assist in organising and managing logistics for enrichment programmes, events, and competitions.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks within the department and across assigned centres
  • Manage payment collection, invoicing, and fee tracking for enrichment programmes, if any
Job Requirements
  • Able to commit on weekends (5 day work week)
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin (required to liaise with Chinese Enrichment stakeholders and parents)
  • Enjoy working with children and in a child-focused environment
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Proactive, dependable, and confident in handling parent interactions and resolving issues
