Job summary

An educational services provider in Singapore is seeking a Programme Coordinator to facilitate school and public activities. This role requires strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and involves supporting logistics and administration. A diploma in Education or related field is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position is temporary for 6 months, covering a 5-day work week. Job description
  • Support the coordination and facilitation of school and public programmes, including pre-visit and post-visit activities.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of all available school and public programmes.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with educators, museum docents, partners, students, and caregivers to address enquiries and support programme delivery.
  • Coordinate programme logistics, including venue bookings, preparation of materials, venue setup, and stock‑taking.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation, including attendance tracking and compilation of survey feedback.
  • Perform other programme-related administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent in Education, Arts Management, or a related field
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Confident engaging educators, children, and caregivers
  • Able to remain calm and adaptable in fast‑paced environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Relevant experience in education, programmes, or Arts & Cultural settings is a plus
Additional Info
  • 6 Months Temp
  • 5 Days Work Week, Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
  • Central Region (5 Mins from MRT Station)
