Job description

JD:

1. Efficient Production Execution:
   Complete production tasks efficiently according to the schedule, make good use of tools, and ensure timely and high-quality output. Strictly follow work procedures, process standards, and safety regulations to prevent any accidents.
2. Quality Control and Team Collaboration:
   Perform self-inspection and mutual inspection, promptly report quality issues, and collaborate with the team to improve product quality and maintain a smooth production process.
3. Workplace Maintenance and Equipment Upkeep:
   Implement 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to keep the workplace clean and organized. Responsible for routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.

Requirements:

1. Relevant Experience:
   Prior working experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
2. Technical Awareness:
   Familiar with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge control), 6S and other basic shop floor practices.
