  • Collect routine QC samples and complete production batch records.

Job Description

We are looking for a Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations in a production environment. This role involves operating machines, handling materials, and supporting production activities in accordance with safety, quality, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production machines and equipment according to work instructions

  • Perform charging of raw materials and manual handling of loads up to 25kg

  • Prepare packaging materials such as pallets, cartons, plastic bags, paper cores, and films

  • Carry out product changeover and line cleaning based on production schedules

  • Maintain good housekeeping standards in production and warehouse areas

  • Attend daily Start-of-Work (SOW) briefings

  • Collect routine QC samples and complete production batch records and in-process checks

  • Receive and store raw materials and packaging materials

  • Perform area cleaning on Saturdays

  • Support cycle counts and year-end stock take when required

  • Work closely with Line Leader and Supervisor to meet production targets and quality standards

  • Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor

Requirements
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or production operations preferred (training provided)

  • Physically fit and able to perform manual work

  • Willing to work Saturdays and follow work schedules

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and repetitive environment

  • Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday

  • Saturday work required

  • Total working hours: 44 hours per week
