Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and prepare raw materials and packaging materials for daily production according to schedule
• Perform daily production activities such as filling, capping, labelling, scooping, and packing finished products into cartons
• Conduct weight checks and quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Load and unload goods onto pallets and prepare cartons with proper labelling
• Maintain cleanliness of machines, production areas, clean rooms, and corridors, including mopping floors and disposing of rubbish
• Assist the Production Supervisor with documentation and ensure smooth production flow
• Work as a team to achieve daily output targets and support colleagues when needed
• Follow all company and departmental safety rules and regulations
• Report any damages, improvement suggestions, or purchase needs to the supervisor
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management

Requirements

• Minimum O Level
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
• Chemistry background is an added advantage
• Comfortable working in a clean room environment
• Able to lift heavy items (up to 30kg)
