Job description

Position: Production Engineer (Manufacturing) - Up to $4,100 - Seletar

Location: Seletar (Company Pick Up from Yishun MRT)

Working hours: 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,100 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Aerospace

Responsibilities
  • Plan equipment, material, and manpower requirements to execute job orders
  • Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion
  • Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications
  • Escalate complex issues to Manager for resolution
  • Analyse back orders, current orders, and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations
  • Work with Estimation, Purchasing and Production teams in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime
  • Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role would be ideal
  • Well verse in both manual and CNC machining
  • Knowledge in fabrication, aircraft jigs & fixtures, mechanical assembly, and aircraft maintenance tooling
  • Knowledge of MRP systems is essential
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings
