Responsibilities
  • Work closely with regional sales companies to achieve sales targets and business objectives

  • Monitor regional sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through performance to ensure healthy sales and inventory levels

  • Track market activities, market share, and competitor movements to identify opportunities and risks

  • Conduct market research and analyse consumer and technology trends to support sound business decisions

  • Understand consumer needs and behaviour to identify suitable products and services for different segments

  • Influence overall product roadmap through market insights and analysis

  • Lead new product launches, including product positioning, pricing strategy, product training, and market communication to end-users

  • Plan and execute marketing and support activities with clear return on investment

  • Manage the full product lifecycle from pre-launch to end-of-life

  • Develop and adapt pricing strategies based on internal considerations and external market trends

  • Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies to support regional sales performance

Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines

  • Strong analytical skills; data-driven and comfortable working with numbers

  • Effective communication skills, including regular presentations and collaboration with regional teams

  • Good problem-solving ability, with experience in research, evaluation, and proposal assessment
